All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation of a reservation is made by email or payment notification sent to the client.
4.2 Cancellation and Modification Policy
• Free cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge at least 10 days before the arrival date.
• Late cancellation: In case of reservation cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date, the value of the first night’s accommodation will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the same rule as late cancellation applies.
• Any reservation modification is possible subject to availability and under the conditions agreed through the cancellation policy.
In exceptional situations (e.g., pandemic, travel restrictions imposed by authorities), we will offer an alternative period for rescheduling the stay.
4.3 Advance Payment and Non-Refundable Policy
To confirm the reservation, full advance payment of the amount for the stay is required.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded, regardless of the reason invoked.
By making the reservation and paying the advance, the client accepts this contractual condition without reservations.
This policy applies to all reservations requiring full advance payment, including special offers or non-refundable promotions, and is communicated to the client before finalizing the reservation.

• Rates displayed on the site may be non-refundable or refundable, according to the selected reservation option.
• Advance payment may be required depending on the applicable promotion or offer policy.
